Hopefully by the time you read this I will be nearing the end of the final chapter of ‘The Synergist’……and re-emerging, squinting, into the natural light. Mid-August should see the return of regular postings to the blog – which I’m truly looking forward to.
I was recently introduced to Justin Roff-Marsh by a mutual friend, (Frode Odegard, of The Lean Software Institute, of whom more later in this series).
As well as being intriguing in his own right (a ballet-dancing club bouncer, anyone?), Justin has an approach to sales engineering – how organizations go to market with their sales force – which I found so consonant with the Predictable Success methodology that I invited him to come tell us more about it.
If you have any responsibility for sales operations, I guarantee you’ll find this interview intriguing. You can listen to the interview by clicking here.
You can learn more about ‘The Machine’, Justin’s sales engineering process (and download the first three chapters of his book by the same name) by clicking here.
