Generation CrY?

This year sees the first substantial arrival of so-called ‘Gen Y’ into the workplace (they’re the kids that were serving you burgers and looking for summer internships during the last three years).

Are they different from their predecessors (GenX and the Baby Boomers), or are people just…well, …people?
