Dan Pink’s first book, “Free Agent Nation” was a foundational text in the early part of this millenium for anyone who wanted to move into owning their own business.His new book, “DRIVE: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us” is a fascinating study of the inherent difference between extrinsic and intrinsic motivations.
