Neil Denny is a sought after writer and presenter on conflict issues.
He is the author of the book ‘Conversational Riffs‘ , is a consultant family lawyer and a Director with allLD Learning and Development.Neil draws upon his experiences within law, dispute resolution and conflict communications to present lively training programs for organizations who want to reduce the cost of internal conflict.
I first met Neil at the Do Lectures, and after watching his presentation (which you can see here, and which I highly recommend), I realized that although he’s a crap guitar player*, he is a brilliant personification of ‘The Synergist’s teachings – specifically in how to get otherwise gridlocked teams working together.
In this interview – once you get used to Neil’s patrician British accent – you’ll hear him explain eloquently what he has discovered about the true causes of conflict and how to overcome them. Mercifully, he doesn’t play the guitar.
You can see Neil’s Do Lecture here, and get a copy of ‘Conversational Riffs’ here.
* Not true. Added for dramatic effect only.
