Justin Roff-Marsh 

Justin Roff-Marsh is the founder of Ballistix,

a management and marketing consultancy, specializing in Sales Process Engineering. Depending on which website you visit, he may or may not also be the CEO or Managing Director. He’s currently finishing a new book. ‘The Machine’.

I was recently introduced to Justin Roff-Marsh by a mutual friend, (Frode Odegard, of The Lean Software Institute, of whom more later in this series).

As well as being intriguing in his own right (a ballet-dancing club bouncer, anyone?), Justin has an approach to sales engineering – how organizations go to market with their sales force – which I found so consonant with the Predictable Success methodology that I invited him to come tell us more about it.
