I am a Visionary and am struggling with getting my Operator to stay out of Fun – she has even said she would rather stay there. What should I do?
The stronger an Operator is, the more that individual is going to like being in Fun. For Operators, Fun offers them the maximum autonomy to do what they love most, which is get things done. If you want to scale your organization and take it to Predictable Success, however, you must find a way to bring Operators along with you.
