Does being forced to function in a different leadership role cause fatigue?

This question comes from an attendee of our Exceptional Operator Leader webinar:

Alex ThatcherFor the answer, we’re very pleased to introduce Predictable Success Consultant Alex Thatcher.  Listen as he examines when and why this happens and provides some great pointers on the best ways to address it.

Note: Since this is Alex’s first tip, Les McKeown shares a little about Alex’s background as the audio begins. You may need to adjust your volume as Les’ audio portion is significantly quieter than Alex’s.
