David Burkus is the editor of LeaderLab. He is an executive coach, a sought-after speaker, an adjunct professor of business at several universities and the author of The Portable Guide to Leading Organizations.
I’ve got to know Dave Burkus over the last year or so through his work on LeaderLab (TheLeaderLab.org), a great site for students of leadership. We’ve also become good friends on Twitter, and last year Dave was kind enough to interview me about ‘Predictable Success’ (you can listen to that interview here).
Recently I got to turn the tables and interview Dave about ‘The Portable Guide to Leading Organizations’, the first printed book from LeaderLab, and as I termed it, a sort of ‘Strunk and White‘ for leadership models.
