In this position she led the organization through growth from one to five locations as attendance grew from 500 to more than 6,000 members.

In 2016 Jenni launched The 4Sight Group, where she consults with individuals and teams on leadership and organizational health. She speaks at conferences nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently. Kyle founded The Kyle David Group (now KDG) in 2002 to develop entrepreneurial technology and strategy for education, nonprofit, and closely-held/generational businesses.

Over the past 18 years, KDG has grown at a rapid pace both in headcount and client base, attracting clients ranging from the United States Senate to major financial institutions, international nonprofits, and division one universities.

While growing KDG, over the past decade Kyle has acquired, exited, advised, and served as an officer to over 14 different early stage technology startups, raising over $18M in private funds.

In addition, he founded Kyle David Capital Partners, an investment partnership with substantial holdings in both residential and commercial real estate, structured debt, and intellectual property.
