Our community has a footprint over all channels of around 100,000 people.

Our listeners mostly comprise growth-oriented leaders in all types of organization (for-profit and non-for profit) who want to learn more about

- how to grow as individual leaders;

- how to grow their 'growth team';

- how to grow their organizations.

Many, though by no means all of them will have used, or be familiar with my Predictable Success growth model.

We also have a sizable minority of listeners who haven't yet launched a venture of their own but are planning to do so, and love to hear what's ahead for them when they do.

- How it Works

1. You book an interview call with me. 
   
   
2. You complete a really short form that makes sure we get the basics right (your name, title, etc).
   
   
3. We have a 45-60 minute interview - the format is essentially a 'chat amongst friends'.
   
   
4. My team edits and uploads the interview to go live and we promote it to our community and elsewhere. We love it if you promote it too!
