We've seen in earlier material in the course how every Style, all four Styles have a Nemesis Style.
That's another Style that they most easily clash with, that they share the least in world of view. In your case, that's highly likely to be the Processor, and we've put our next resource together specifically to help you address that.
How do you work with or for a Processor? And you'll be familiar having gone through this course with the structure, but the content is directed totally to how you can turn your relationship with your nemesis Style into that of a trusted colleague. We'll show you how Processors show up. What strengths do they bring? What are the challenges that they have?
How do they work? How is it different to you? And we've got sections to help you access the best tools, tips, and techniques depending on whether this is someone that you report to, someone that reports to you, or someone who's a peer or a colleague.
And then in the second half of the course, we're going to show you something that's probably been in the back of your mind, an irritation, but you haven't been able to put your finger on why. And that's the fact that many of the people that you see interacting with your nemesis Style actually have a different type of relationship. They don't have the same sort of conflict that you do, and by helping you understand how your nemesis Style works with each of the four Styles, you'll be able to understand better why that seems different.
Why is this important? Because it takes away what's highly likely to feel to you as an interpersonal conflict, and instead helps you see it through the lens of being a clash of Styles. And what you see as a better relationship with someone else is most highly likely to be a difference in the way the Styles interact.
