I am going to show you five specific resources.
First of all, I want to just help you navigate my website. It's quite busy. There's a lot there, and I want to point you to where you'll get the most usable information, quickest.
Gonna do the same with my books. There are four books in the Predictable Success series, and I want to show you where you'll get the information from those books that is of most use to you. We'll do both of those. Together, we'll look at the website and my books.
In the next section then I want to talk very specifically about a resource that will help your team understand better how to work with you and to optimize your natural Style for their benefit. For your benefit, for the benefit of the team as a whole.
Then I'm gonna turn the telescope around, so to speak, and show you a resource that will help you work much, much better with your nemesis Style, which we talked about in an earlier section.
And then finally, I want to provide you with a really, really powerful way to turbocharge your whole team's success in both their interactions, communications, and execution.
What we'll see is that three of these resources that I'll point you to, they're valid no matter which of the four Styles is your Style, but two of them are directed specifically to your leadership Style. So let's get started.
