Make it so 

Imagining doesn’t make it so.Planning doesn’t make it so.
Discussions don’t make it so.
Board meetings don’t make it so.
Kaizens don’t make it so.
Decisions don’t make it so.
Testing doesn’t make it so.
Policies don’t make it so.
Strategies don’t make it so.
Tactics don’t make it so.

Even individual actions – however good, on their own, don’t make it so.

Only behaviors – that is: consistent, repeated enterprise-wide actions congruent with genuinely and deeply-held beliefs – make it so.
